A collaborative installation piece with architect Raja Moussaoui, funded through the Ontario Arts Council.

Intersections combines architecture, film and dance to create an immersive, experimental installation that focuses on the theme of displacement felt in urban spaces.

The installation works to address questions of memory and time, and explores the space that exists between the real and the imagined.

The entrance to the 'souk' or 'bazaar' is meant to recall memories of a distant place, while acting as a canvas for light, shadow, still and moving image. Dancers occupy the interior corridor as well as the walls of the structure; encouraging movement through the space.
